Attorney Papirio
received his undergraduate degree at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and his law degree from Western New England University. He has had a solo practice in Springfield since 1991, and is admitted to the federal and state bars of both Massachusetts and Connecticut, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court bar. His practice is concentrated in the areas of consumer bankruptcy, family law, including cases involving the Department of Children and Families, and family law appeals. Attorney Papirio has previously been voted Best Advocate by his fellow Hampden County C.P.C.S./C.A.F.L. attorneys. He has argued many times before the Massachusetts appellate courts, and several of his cases have resulted in published opinions.
